Rates:
(Effective 7/1/08)

  • $70/hour (Billed in 15 minute increments after first hour)
  • $20 Trip Fee (waived if job is over 3 hours)
  • Cancellation Policy - If an appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours, a $70 cancellation fee will apply.
  • Parts Pickup Service Fee - $25 for each stop needed to acquire parts. Seattle Technology Services does not sell computer parts, however, can pick up parts and bring them to the appointment.
